Aky seed cleaning line for sale – Capacity 6ton/h

Machine consists of the following:

·         Feed hopper

·         Bucket elevators

·         Vibro separator

·         Rotary aspirator

·         Excel fine sieve cleaner with aspiration

·         Indent cylinder (With spare mantles)

·         Gravity table with aspiration (With spare table deck)

·         3 ton Final hopper with bagging scale

·         Electrical box

·         Control box

·         Full set of sieves and screens

The machine is currently optimized for the cleaning of oil seeds such as linseed and canola to a purity level of 99.9%. With a few changes to the sieves the machine can clean a range of grains/seeds including sesame, sunflower, oats, wheat, sugar beans and barley to name a few.

Current configuration of the machine is 10m x 25m but is able to be placed in multiple configurations as well as accommodate the addition of additional machinery such as an optical sorter and automatic bagging line.
